In a dead building that eats people, six tenants signed the contract and found out that they should have died long ago, but they were "renewed" by the building. The only way to survive is to find the first person who died in 1997 - and that person is the protagonist himself. The monthly rent is 900, and the lease will be renewed permanently upon death.
