Lin Fan, a modern physical education teacher, traveled through the ancient apocalyptic wasteland and became a poor teacher who was about to starve to death. When he was desperate, he activated the [Strongest Tutor Return System]. As long as he taught students to do physical exercises, the harder the students worked (the more they curled up), the more benefits he would get. He could become stronger just lying down without having to do anything.
In this wasteland world where "sports" are regarded as a waste of physical energy, Lin Fan went against the grain and created the "Sports to Save the World" school. He transformed modern sports such as track and field, ball games, and fighting into wasteland survival skills, and trained a group of scrawny refugee teenagers into "athletes" who could run faster than sand wolves, jump higher than city walls, and be strong enough to tear apart giant beasts with their hands.
The highlights of the plot are the hilarious contrast between the protagonist's "lying flat" posture and the students' "crazy involution", as well as the imaginative plot of using serious sports theory to solve various crises in the wasteland world. While drinking tea and reading the newspaper, the protagonist watched the students use the "three-person basketball" tactic to encircle and suppress the mutated monsters, and use the "100-meter hurdles" technique to cross the trap zone. Finally, they rebuilt civilization with sportsmanship and held the "Wasteland Olympics". From a wasteland teacher, he became a sports god respected by thousands of people.
