You Asked Me to Write Cheesy Pop Songs, So What Is This Symphony of Fate?

I’m Lin Che, an utterly unremarkable “slacker” at a music conservatory.

I also have two other identities.

One is the “mudslide of the music world,” universally condemned online: [Country Bumpkin].

The other is the “god of classical music,” worshipped like a deity: [Mozart: The Youth Edition].

As a result, my daily life has become a complete split-personality routine.

At school during the day, the icy goddess Shen Qingqiu declares indignantly, “Someone like [Country Bumpkin] deserves to be banned!” I nod along: “Exactly!”

At night in my dorm, I look at the soaring income from the [Country Bumpkin] account and laugh like a pig.

Then, in the middle of the night, I log into [Mozart: The Youth Edition] and post the full score of “Symphony No. 5.”

The next day, Shen Qingqiu and the old professors have tears in their eyes as they excitedly clutch the score. “A miracle! This is a miracle!”

The most ridiculous part is that I use the [Mozart: The Youth Edition] account to direct traffic to myself, saying that [Country Bumpkin]’s songs are commercially successful.

My fans all lose their minds: “Master, you’ve lost your way!” “Please, don’t listen to that garbage!”

Shen Qingqiu even sends me a ten-thousand-word private message, begging me to “return to the right path and stay away from heresy.”

I read her message, smile, and turn around to sell an even more folksy song, “The Most Dazzling Folk Style.”

(Inner thoughts): Sorry, the devil’s money is just too easy to earn.
