The isolated "Qingwu Village" is shrouded in morning mist all year round, and the beautiful mountains and rivers are like a paradise. In fact, it is a "land of spiritual locks", carrying a century-old curse - the villagers need to "sacrifice" to maintain the existence of the village, and outsiders will trigger the sleeping ghosts.
Ghost activities intensify when the fog rises, and taboos in the village (forbidden areas in the back mountain, not opening the ancestral hall at midnight, and not accepting red ropes from stranger villagers) cannot be touched; three "outsiders" must be sacrificed every ten years, otherwise the village will be attacked by ghosts.
