The Sun and Moon Fall and the Dragon Flag Changes

It begins with the accession of Emperor Chongzhen Zhu Youjian to the throne in 1627 and ends with the death of Emperor Yongli Zhu Youlang of the Southern Ming Dynasty in Kunming in 1662. It covers the 35 years of troubled times in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Key historical nodes (such as the Battle of Songshan, the Jiashen Incident, the Battle of Shanhaiguan, and Yongli's martyrdom) are all integrated into the plot and performed in a fictional way.
