The "Jingyuan" built in the 27th year of the Republic of China hides the most bizarre legend of Tianjin Wei. This ancient house that combines Chinese and Western elements is famous for its endless corridor - those who step into it will be trapped in a time and space loop and will never get out of the end. Deep in the corridor, there is always a pair of eyes staring in the dark. Lin Wei, a good friend of folklore researcher Su Wan, lost contact after sneaking into the quiet garden to shoot a documentary on an ancient house. Only a blurry video was left: the candlelight in the cloister flickered in the picture, and a black shadow appeared at the end, accompanied by the frightened murmur of "It's looking at me." In order to find his friend, Su Wan took the bronze bell of the Republic of China and half of the map left by Lin Wei and entered this ancient house that had been dusty for eighty years. In the corridor, she encountered the afterimages of the Republic of China that were displaced in time and space, repeated death warnings, and carved window lattice that hid mysteries. She also discovered that the mysterious death of Shen Qinghong, the owner of the quiet garden, was closely related to the curse of the corridor. With each cycle, the gaze at the end of the corridor becomes clearer; with each exploration, one approaches the truth of obsession and murder across time and space. Su Wan must solve the space-time puzzle in the corridor and awaken his sleeping memories before he is swallowed by the gazer.
