The story spans the 1980s and 1990s, and depicts a warm and simple memory of the years through the daily fireworks of three families in the courtyard of a machinery factory. The children grow up laughing and playing, and the adults help each other in the neighborhood. Although life is full of wind and rain, it is always full of hope and warmth.
