With the sun and moon in my grasp, I pluck stars from the sky. I bind my own hands and spin the wheel.
I stamp my feet and shake the universe, laughing as ants try to shake the heavens.
[Ding-dong!]
[Your Cosmic Bully has arrived!]
[The Cosmic Bully’s First Rule: Might makes right. The strong should humiliate the weak without mercy!]
Cheng Che was reborn in a high-martial world where strength rules. The weak obey the strong, the strong obey the stronger, and the stronger turn their blades on those stronger still.
Cheng Che clears out the ferocious beasts left behind by trials on Blue Star and becomes its number-one seed. He sweeps aside all rivals in the Cosmic Genius Battle, buys life-bearing planets to milk the System for all it’s worth, and leaves enemy invaders dead in his wake. He carves out a place for himself in the universe!
