The play is adapted from a comic of the same name by Hong Kong cartoonist Ma Wing-shing. It tells the story of a generation of tyrants who want to dominate the world, frame their disciples, and several forces rise to poison the martial arts world. Nie Feng and Bu Jingyun fought sacrificially to avenge their parents and for the safety of the entire martial arts world. They had a series of love-hate stories with Xiong Ba and other evil forces in the world, in which they sacrificed their lives for righteousness.
