Spiritual qi revival, and the world falls. As the spirits of the Japanese army cross the sea, China stands on the brink of disaster.
Just as everyone falls into despair, Zhang Hao, denounced as a “world-destroying demon,” steps forward with the Banner of Ten Thousand Souls in hand. He is greedy and lecherous by nature, and his inheritance of the demonic path makes him seem even more ominous. Everyone thinks he has come to take advantage of their plight. Instead, he swings his demonic banner at hundreds of thousands of Japanese ghosts!
“Thanks for the hundred thousand vengeful spirits, bro!”
The demonic banner devours the Japanese ghosts and shines with a towering golden light of merit! From then on, he walks the path of a “merit-earning demonic cultivator,” using evil to defeat evil. Protect his family, defend his country, battle other worlds! When the apocalypse arrives and all of humanity looks up, the one standing above all living things is the very person they once feared: a sage of the demonic path!
