After eating the Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit his parents found for him, the frail Celestial Dragon Caesar unexpectedly unlocked the golden finger known as the Pantheon and awakened its first deity, the lesser god Susanoo. He also opened a passage to the ninja world, home of the Uchiha Clan, who carry Susanoo’s bloodline. Through bloodline resonance, he briefly gained the genius ability Kotoamatsukami. Using this power, which works like a mental implant, Caesar made his way into the Room of Flowers and took control of the demon empress atop the Empty Throne!
Now that he possessed the strongest power in the pirate world, the World Government, a bold idea came to him: invade the ninja world, obtain the Ten-Tails, charge the Pantheon, and awaken the other deities!
It all began when Akainu, the red dog who punched half of Whitebeard’s head away during the Paramount War, disappeared before the war ever began...
