In 1928, the warlord Sun Qizong (Sun Dianying) brazenly robbed the Eastern Tomb of the Qing Dynasty. Under the double blow of his brother's murder and the destruction of the tomb, Shen Moshan, the guardian of the mausoleum, pretended to surrender and sneaked into the tomb robber team. He soon discovered that the Japanese Black Dragon Society was spying behind Sun Qizong, and the target was not an ordinary treasure, but a fragment of the national jade seal that was said to be able to "change fate against the will of heaven."
In the crisis-ridden underground palace, Shen Moshan met Lin Wanqing, a commissioner of the Revolutionary Party disguised as a newspaper reporter. From being wary of each other to sharing life and death, the two worked together to set up a "game within a game", using Feng Shui metaphysics to play games with people's hearts, and deal with warlords in the mausoleum maze.
From Dongling to Black Cloud Mountain, from the Diamond Wall to the underground river, they step by step approached the thousand-year secret behind the jade seal fragments - a secret sect "Dragon Worship" that originated from the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, and was actually closely related to the Dragon Vein of the Qing Dynasty. The relationship between Shen Moshan and Lin Wanqing in troubled times has also been refined and sublimated in life and death tests.
When the final truth is revealed and faced with the ultimate choice between national justice and personal emotions, can they protect the national treasure and reverse the crisis? This mysterious battle surrounding the dragon vein and jade seal has just begun...
