Slaying Immortals, Starting in a Mountain Village

The Immortal Sect descended upon my little mountain village and declared that my teacher was a traitor.

To protect the villagers, my teacher crippled his own cultivation, but in the blink of an eye, they slaughtered the entire village.

That year, I was hiding in the mountains to skip school when I found the bloodstained jade slip my teacher had left behind.

Years later, I returned from a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood.

The immortal cultivators who once wielded their swords now wailed at my feet: “Fellow Daoist, we were wrong…”

Demonic flames that devoured souls flickered at my fingertips. I smiled softly and said:

“Don’t call me Fellow Daoist. Call me… an ant.”
