I can't understand Chapter 189. Did the author forget what he wanted to write?

I read a similar book, but I forgot what it was called, but the summons in it seemed to be something like Journey to the West, and there even seemed to be comics. But this book is pretty good among the Classics of Mountains and Seas, right?
