It mainly involves the abilities and equipment derived from Fallout 76, including power armor, various heavy and light firearms, some wonderful little ideas and some unofficial history. It is difficult to say that it is not OOC, because I may not be able to write the characters of some operators, but I will try my best.

Do a lot of cool moves in fights and give up efficiency, let the enemy run and then fly over to kill you in close combat. After the fight, you don't loot or take any points from the crowd.
It is a very detailed and real book, but the pace is a bit slow. I felt quite friendly while reading it, because this is like the type of book I ideally want to write. It's full of reasonable little details, and sometimes even science that some people can't stand.
