Su Ming, an environmental volunteer struggling on the edge of the city, thought that the waste station was just a microcosm of urban pollution. Until he accidentally broke into a secret workshop hidden underground during an unannounced visit and witnessed with his own eyes the discarded arms being dismantled, refurbished and flowed to local gangs! He was imprisoned, but with his extraordinary observation and mechanical talent, he successfully contacted the mysterious forces who also hated the gangs. A seemingly ordinary scrap station investigation suddenly escalated into a life-and-death showdown where environmental protection and crime intertwined. What he wants to do is not only to destroy this dark empire, but also to completely expose the evils hidden under the waste to the sun and set off a cleansing of the waste industry that sweeps the entire city!
