I Picked Up a Fox Spirit

[Slice of life, school fantasy, innocent school romance]

The April breeze was still chilly when Huo Yang, a first-year high school student, found a pure white fox in the alley below his apartment and brought it home.

He thought he'd simply gained a fluffy companion, never imagining that Lin Mengting, his newly transferred deskmate, would have some mysterious connection to the fox.

Lin Mengting was hiding a secret: she was a Qingqiu fox spirit, and her goal was to obtain the special blood flowing through Huo Yang's veins.

But she didn't know that the boy who was always helping her organize her notes was the very person she was looking for.

Huo Yang had no idea either that his cool yet gentle deskmate was actually the fox he'd brought home, or that the two of them had formed an unbreakable bond a thousand years ago.

On a modern campus where technology and magic intertwined, the innocent young boy and girl spent their days together. One was drawing near with a hidden motive; the other was developing feelings without even realizing it.

When a thousand-year-old bond collided with the feelings of the present, and the secrets of her fox-spirit identity and his special bloodline gradually came to light, would sparks fly between them, sweet yet dangerous?
