The Ancestor Faked His Death, Leaving His Enemies in the Cultivation World Stunned

Lin Xuan transmigrated to the cultivation world five hundred years ago. He cultivated to the Yaochi Realm and became one of the top few patriarchs of the Great Xia Dynasty.

But a Yaochi cultivator only lives for five hundred years, and his time was almost up.

As he lay on his “deathbed,” the entire Lin family was shrouded in gloom. His descendants knelt throughout the hall, afraid that once their patriarch was gone, their enemies would come knocking and wipe out the whole family.

What they didn’t know was that Lin Xuan had already activated the Fake Death to Become an Immortal System.

All he had to do was fake his death once, draw out and eliminate every hidden enemy, and he could ascend to immortality on the spot!

“My good sons, stop crying.”

“Before your patriarch takes his last breath, come tell me who you’ve offended over the years. Who are your enemies?”

“Don’t worry. I’ll take care of them all for you before I go!”

And so, the entire cultivation world was left dumbfounded.

Wasn’t the Lin family patriarch supposed to have died? How come he leapt out of his coffin and attacked us the moment we arrived?
