The peaceful passing of an old man tugged at the heartstrings of countless people in Y City. He was the ruler of the city's largest gang, the Red Dragon. It was said that he had eyes and ears everywhere, and both the underworld and the authorities feared him deeply. Rumor also had it that he had a hand in making Y City's laws... As the Red Dragon held a grand funeral for the old man, two of his most trusted subordinates went missing. The following night, a church within Red Dragon territory went up in flames and was burned to the ground. The Red Dragon announced that the two missing subordinates were responsible and confirmed that they had defected, placing two young women, codenamed Na and Yan, on its wanted list. Behind this manhunt, with the old man's death as its catalyst, a battle between the underworld and the authorities over order and power officially began...
