A Love That Cuts to the Bone: The CEO’s Wife Seeking Redemption

Five years ago, Su Wan was the treasured jewel in Gu Ye Han's palm, as well as his secret lover. A carefully plotted scheme left her accused of leaking trade secrets and betraying him. Gu Ye Han refused to believe her explanations. In his fury, he humiliated her with the cruelest words, then watched as she “accidentally” miscarried and vanished into the crowd. Five years later, Su Wan returns to the country with her four-year-old son, Su Chen, who is the spitting image of Gu Ye Han. She is now internationally renowned designer Evan. The two cross paths during a major commercial partnership project. She is the star designer hired by the client for a fortune, while he is the top decision-maker at the partner company. The moment they reunite, Gu Ye Han's world, frozen for five years, comes crashing down. He sees the cool distance in her eyes and the child at her side who looks just like him. Overwhelming remorse and the euphoria of having her back mingle, nearly consuming him. He begins his clumsy, forceful, yet painstaking campaign to win his wife back. But Su Wan feels only unhealed pain and hatred toward the man who once sent her to hell. She builds walls around her heart and throws herself into work, determined to give her son a better life and uncover the truth about what happened back then. Their emotional and rational tug-of-war unfolds amid fierce business rivalries, as the truth of the past comes to light and their child, Little Xingchen, becomes the invisible bond between them. How will Gu Ye Han atone? Can Su Wan let go of her resentment? And how can they mend the five years and countless wounds separating them?
