Ning Shu, a young heiress from the capital, rushes to an island to care for her brother Ning Chi after he is injured on a military mission. There, she falls in love at first sight with Fu Yu, her brother’s good friend. Their feelings are a tug-of-war at first, followed by a lighthearted story about raising a child. No awful characters, just a sweet romance and a loving relationship between the parents, without any grand, dramatic twists.
The side couple is her brother Ning Chi and her best friend Bai Huan, whose days are full of playful banter.
