Lin Xiaole, a wasted young man in the 21st century, accidentally traveled to Hong Kong in 1985 and successfully became his disciple, his idol Lin Ching-ying. He used modern thinking and knowledge, combined with orthodox Maoshan Taoism, and teamed up with his master and senior brothers (fictional characters) to embark on a series of ridiculous and thrilling ghost-hunting journeys.
