[Commentary] [Mutually Devoted Couple] [Two Strong Leads]
The Ji and Qin families have a marriage arrangement between Ji Shuyi and Qin Dongming.
They were childhood sweethearts, but after growing up, they became busy with their own lives and lost touch.
On the eve of the wedding, Ji Shuyi got a message: Qin Dongming had run away from the wedding because he had fallen for a frail, delicate girl, his so-called white moonlight.
Knowing the Qin family was in the wrong, they sent Qin Shuyan, head of the Qin family and Qin Dongming's uncle, to make amends.
He wore a vest, shirt, and suit pants, with gold-rimmed glasses that made him look composed and dependable.
Qin Shuyan: Miss Ji, feel free to ask for whatever compensation you want. The Qin family will certainly meet your demands.
Ji Shuyi: I want you!
And so, her wedding partner became her former fiance's uncle.
No one knew that after a car accident, Ji Shuyi began seeing words that only she could read. It turned out she was merely a supporting female character in a novel, while Qin Dongming and his white moonlight were the male and female leads.
To change the tragic ending written for her, Ji Shuyi chose Qin Shuyan, and together the two strong leads fought against fate.
Only after they were married did Ji Shuyi discover that the commentary was right: Qin Shuyan was the very definition of a refined scoundrel.
A gentleman outside the bedroom, a scoundrel in bed!
