While everyone around him treated these “monsters” as perfectly ordinary, Lin Chen was horrified. Weren’t these just Shocker, the Gurongi, and the Worms from tokusatsu shows?!
What was even more terrifying was that this world had no Kamen Riders!
No Kuuga to seal away the Gurongi, no Decade traveling between worlds, and no “Henshin!” to cut through the darkness!
Humanity could only coexist with the monsters in fear, even brainwashed by the “Security Bureau” into seeing the mutations as normal.
Then Lin Chen picked up a dusty metal fragment at a secondhand market. The moment his fingertips touched it, memories of Rider Belts, finishing moves, and monster weaknesses flooded into his mind...
