Lin Haoran, an ordinary courier, wanders the streets and alleys of the city, witnessing various aspects of life, and facing life's dilemmas: the gap between ideals and reality, the separation and reunification of love, the misunderstanding and reconciliation of friendship, the conflict between family and personal dreams. He and a group of friends with different personalities are looking for their own way of survival through ridiculous experiences. As family changes, work crises, and emotional entanglements escalate, Haoran gradually discovers the meaning of life and the true meaning of growth. This seemingly embarrassing road of struggle eventually puts together their own unique "puzzle of the floating world."
