My name is Bai Mo, and I'm a triple agent.
In the eyes of the Inquisition, I'm a model of loyalty who fought my way out of a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood, with a will of steel and the perfect bulwark for the Imperium.
Inquisitor (approvingly): “Commissar Bai Mo, the Emperor is with you.”
In the eyes of the Chaos Cultists, I'm the Lord of Change's incarnation walking among mortals, and every word and deed of mine is divine revelation.
Chaos Sorcerer (fervently): “Please, Divine Envoy, reveal your plan!”
But the real me (rubbing my forehead) is just an office drone who swindles intel from evil gods, then uses 99% lies to hoodwink the whole world.
Yesterday, I used a “prophecy” from Tzeentch to help the Inquisition take down a Chaos hideout.
Today, I used the Inquisition's operation plan as my “pledge of loyalty” and tricked an even more important secret out of another of Tzeentch's followers.
When one of my subordinates asked, “Commissar, why are we giving up an easy victory to take this huge detour?”
I kept a straight face and quoted some cultist nonsense Tzeentch had just taught me: “This is one step in the Grand Plan. Mere mortals need not understand.” (The real reason was to do Khorne a favor.)
Hold on, why does my standing keep rising the more I switch sides? Have these people been fooled out of their minds?!
Not bad, the details of the characters are perfectly portrayed. I wonder if it will be like another book where the protagonist becomes Tzeentch in the end. 👍👍👍👍
Very pretty, not bad
Nice Warhammer text
