In the neon and rain-shrouded New City, memories have become a commodity that can be woven and tampered with. Ling Mo, a notorious but top-notch "memory weaver", works with the broken memories of others all day long, making a living by repairing or erasing the past, but he can never get rid of the nightmare of his own past.
