Warriors: Dawn of the Clans, Book Two of the Rainfall Melody

The abandoned tower, its fading shadows hanging low.

The shattered beyond whispers echoes of the past.

The clan leader wandering the mortal world glimpses once more through a crack in time and space

A figure who is not alone.

Another... “god” who commands all things under heaven.

[How fascinating... Such tiny yet thriving creatures... The “Four Great Races”...]

The god’s whisper sweeps like wind across an ancient wasteland.

[This truly is... an unforeseen thread on the spindle of fate...]

At that moment, the crystal wall of history quietly cracks,

leaving behind its first irreparable scar.

Atop a perilous cliff, a silent nest opens its shadowy eyes...

Across the land, invisible disciples heed a soundless summons...

Distant hopes flicker like sparks, illuminating an unknown design...

Lost travelers touch the outline of a way home through the mist of a foreign land...

Beneath the dark gold, all living things lie prostrate.

All are equal, mere motes of dust and light.

“Fairness? That does seem to make sense...”

“Almighty Lord! We will follow in your footsteps as we wait through eternity!”

“The gateway home will always be open to you...”

“The Forest Assembly... It’s been so long since I last heard that name...”

The Four Great Races,

at the crossroads of fate,

upon the cracks in history,

gather together.

When the lost stars reunite, when ancient vows whisper,

where will this crumbling world

fall?
