A Song of Burning Heaven and Burying Flowers

I once thought the hottest fire was the one of vengeance, burning the heavens to ash.

Only later did I learn it was the silent sigh she gave as she buried the past.

He was the last heir of a demonic sect, burdened by a blood feud and a century-old seal. All he wanted was to live as an ordinary man on a snowy night.

She was a shining jewel of the righteous path, with a heart as clear as glass. Without meaning to, she brought warmth to his frozen world.

Three encounters: fate or calamity? By the stream, they found kindred spirits in each other. As she buried flowers to express her feelings, he thought he had found the only light in his life.

But when the seal shattered and demonic energy soared into the heavens, all their tender memories became blades turned against each other.

Immortals and demons follow different paths; righteousness and evil stand opposed. He wanted the flames that could scorch the heavens to burn away every injustice in the world.

But she offered herself as a sacrifice, singing one final song as she buried the flowers, standing between him and the entire cultivation world.

“Su Yunshang, if this world has no place for me, I’ll burn the heavens and bury the earth!”

“Ye Xuan, the flowers I buried weren’t flowers... They were the past we can never return to.”

A fated bond doomed to shatter from the very start, and a song that still bleeds with sorrow at the end.

Love and hate entwined: what does it mean to follow the Dao? Burning Heaven, Burying Flowers is a bittersweet xianxia romance about protection, betrayal, and redemption.
