Playing the tiger to catch the pig: Lin Mo, nicknamed “Lin the Great Bluffer.” A loudmouthed, stress-prone social recluse and a good-for-nothing live-in son-in-law who can’t do anything right. His food-delivery job is just how he makes ends meet, and his swagger is all an act born of desperation. His signature line is, “Don’t come any closer! I... I really do have connections!” (His “connections” are actually the owner of the convenience store downstairs.) He’s an ordinary office drone with no special background. His only “skill” is blurting out nonsense whenever he gets nervous. His motto is, “I don’t even know what I’m saying, but don’t believe me!” After every bluff, he panics more than anyone else and runs off to the bathroom to wipe away his sweat. He has a fake golden finger called the “Everyone’s Wild Imagination Aura,” a passive ability that makes people around him automatically assume, however outrageous his nonsense may be, that “this kid must be hiding something.” They imagine he has “hidden strength,” and coincidences conveniently show up to make his lies seem true. It’s pure luck, with no System.
