In the middle of the Pacific Ocean lies a lonely island, lush with mountains and rivers and strewn with gold and silver. It's a paradise for madmen.

Human beings are nothing more than the cheapest commodities.

They call the place Changhuan Island. The world calls them the most intelligent people alive.
