The Witch Trial of Sixteen Magical Girls

Full of anticipation for her new life in high school, Emma drifted off to sleep.

But when she woke the next day, she found herself in a dimly lit cell.

She had no idea why she’d been imprisoned.

And the prison was on an isolated island, cut off from the outside world...

Emma was confused. And she wasn’t the only one...

A talking owl announced to the sixteen girls who had arrived here:

“You have been deemed highly likely to be ‘witches,’ and a threat to human society.”

“Please live here as prisoners.”

The ordinary life they had taken for granted had crumbled.
