Lin Bei stands on a cliff, gazing down at the sea.

“A hundred years of life, a mayfly's single day.

What use is immortality to me? It would only be another cage.

Better to drink with a few good friends,

And walk hand in hand through life with a beloved companion,

Enjoy a hundred years of splendor, then return together to the dust.”

Gods, follow Lin Fan's journey as he launches the Age of Exploration and builds a cosmic hegemon of a central empire. See how Lin Bei, with his endless lifespan, enjoys a life of solitude.
