Planet of Handsome Men

In a city ruled by the “Panpan” shackles, men are commodities with fixed price tags, while women hold absolute power. Pigeon, the Zhao family’s second daughter, controls the technology that keeps men in line, but she has grown tired of Sizhuang, her perfect husband of seventeen years. With a single decision, she sends this mild-mannered, long-suffering “treasure” to the Lanruo Shop, then heads straight for the “thrills” of the discount section.

Men here are ranked by “quality.” Adulterers are branded with a mark of shame, while “defective goods” sink into the depths of the bargain bins. But Pigeon has not abandoned a high-priced perfect specimen only to choose a cheap “problem man” on a whim.

What hidden purpose lies behind her decision to sell the man who shared her bed for seventeen years? What other brutal truths are concealed beneath this city’s rules of power? A game of taming and resistance has only just begun.
