The story revolves around the various farces, challenges and growth experienced by Lin Zian and his three friends during their sophomore year of high school. There are brand-new classmates in the class, mysterious transfer students, headache-inducing academic pressure, as well as those ubiquitous youthful thoughts, family expectations and misunderstandings between teachers and students. Lin Zian regained his self-confidence through farce and jokes, and gradually learned to care for and understand others.
