Danganronpa: Fate's Course: On a sea of despair, do you dare to reconstruct justice?
Sixteen geniuses with talents deemed “Super High School Level” awaken aboard a luxurious cruise ship they cannot escape: the Goddess of Fate. Waiting for them is Monokuma, a creepy bear who claims to be the headmaster, and a cruel rule: to “graduate,” they must commit murder without getting caught.
In this sealed prison floating on a gray ocean, trust is a luxury, while suspicion is essential for survival. When Hope's Peak Academy's facade is torn away, the desperate killing game officially begins. Every class trial is a fierce clash of wits and words, as well as a cruel interrogation of the limits of human nature.
At the heart of the story is Kugasaki Arashi, the “Super High School Level Architect.” He excels at analyzing the structure of all things, but is forced to confront the most complicated system of his life: the human heart and despair. By his side is Shirahane Xi, the “Super High School Level Marine Geologist,” whose past is shrouded in mystery. And in the darkness, Mozome Gen, an observer who believes in “justice through sacrifice,” watches this experiment in human nature with cold detachment.
This is more than just a death game for survival. It is also a philosophical debate about “justice.” As order, sacrifice, and human nature collide, how will Kugasaki Arashi use his talent to build a path to the future amid a whirlwind of lies and betrayal?
The secret of the cycles hidden deep within the cruise ship, the characters' painful pasts, and the cruel motives Monokuma keeps revealing... Every clue points to a massive conspiracy.
After watching the first school review, it is very interesting. The overall script and expressions are getting closer to the original work, so even the fully original characters who only borrow the background are very interesting! Although in many places, due to the loss of the game carrier, the expression is not so "confrontational" and there are not many reversals, I am also looking forward to how it will develop in the future. If there are too many original characters in fan fiction, it will inevitably be harder for people to read it. After all, there is a threshold and it is difficult to attract fans of the characters. For me personally, this is a small masterpiece that is very surprising!
This book completely imitates the Dangan style and writes six student status trials, including the students finally uniting to deal with the villain. The cases, student status referees, and execution links all fit the Dangan style very well, and also reflect the protagonist's efforts to break the situation in the future.
There are very few bullet articles in Tomato. I only read the first few chapters and I think it's okay. I'll give it a five-star support first.
Why doesn't anyone comment? There are only a few good fanfics out there.
