Misty Rain of the Southern Tang Dynasty: My Lost Dream of Jinling

The story begins with a desperate journey. The protagonist Pei Ming (Xu Ming), as a graduate student studying the history of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, accidentally traveled to the third year of Shengyuan in the Southern Tang Dynasty (939 AD), only to find that he had become the grandson of Xu Wen who was wanted by the court. After the Southern Tang Dynasty was defeated, he was escorted to the Northern Song Dynasty as a prisoner. His life was saved, but he was always thinking about restoring the country, secretly accumulating strength, and waiting for the opportunity.
