The world of Tushan Wangshu is a carefully manicured gray.
After the disaster that took away her childhood memories, she became the only "survivor" and the only "normal person" in the family. Her parents are silent and powerful, always dealing with some vague "business" late at night, while her younger brother, Tu Shanliu, is an island living in his own world. He rarely communicated with others, and his eyes were empty, as if nothingness existed. In Tushan Wangshu's eyes, his younger brother was a severely depressed patient who needed constant care, a poor soul crushed by past trauma.
In order to fill the gaps in her memory and maintain this crumbling family, her parents and younger brother constructed a "past" for her in an almost sacrilegious way.
