The cool and ascetic Feng Shui master x the unruly and flamboyant soul-crossing person
Shen Qingci was born in a family of metaphysics. When he was young, his family was involved in a dispute over the ancient Yin Contract. His parents were seriously injured by evil spirits while trying to protect him. As a result, he was able to see spiritual bodies since he was a child. He was proficient in spells and formations and was tasked with finding a way to dissolve the Yin Contract.
Lu Zhuo is an orphan who was adopted by a hidden soul master. He is born with pure Yang fire in his body and is the nemesis of evil ghosts. However, excessive fire must be suppressed regularly, otherwise it will backfire on him. He once accidentally entered a dangerous place and was rescued by Shen Qingci, and he has been bound to travel with him ever since.
Shen Qingci is charged with the mission of protecting the family, carrying the secret treasure of the Yin Deed to trace a century-old conspiracy, and encounters Lu Zhuo, the unruly successor of Pure Yang Fire. The two became connected due to the fragments of the Yin Contract, and the power of Yin and Yang resonated and complemented each other, forming a core protective partner. The two used their blood heritage as their blades and the bond of life and death as their shield, and used the combined power of yin and yang to write a legend of passionate guardianship.
