Awakening of the Nine Powers

As night falls over the steel-and-concrete city, have you ever wondered whether the gods spoken of for millennia have never truly left us, but instead lurk among us as “agents”?

An ordinary young man, Su Mo, accidentally obtains a mysterious pendant and is drawn into the “Struggle for Nine Authorities,” a conflict spanning both the mortal and divine realms. There is no overpowered, mindless hero here, only a progression system of “six ranks and twelve paths”: every step along the road from Awakened to True God is a battle of strategy and wits. Nor is this just a matter of fighting monsters and leveling up: the story weaves together workplace rivalries, business warfare, and mystery investigations. Best of all, it breaks the mold with an “antihero” lead. Su Mo may seem ordinary on the surface, but hidden within him is the power to turn the game around.

As the “Dawn Seven” assemble, Su Mo gradually uncovers the secrets of the divine system of “six ranks and nine authorities”: one Supreme God rules over eight Major Gods, and human agents are the key pieces in their struggle for faith. As the “shadow organization” lurking in the city closes in, and former allies become deadly enemies, Su Mo must choose between power and morality, survival and faith.

This story offers both the epic grandeur of gods locked in a contest and the satisfying thrill of an underdog’s rise. It is more than a war between agents: it is an awakening journey into human nature, faith, and the truth of the world. Are you ready to join Su Mo and uncover the first page of the city’s mythology?
