I really like Teacher Zhi'er's books. The characters are rich and the plot is touching. Huaixi spent his whole life avenging his mother, and loved the princes Shen and Qi, but he was so passionate that he could not express it. She never knew throughout her life that she was marrying the person she loved, and perhaps she never knew that he had already been in love with her long before she fell in love with Shen Nanlin. Huaixi has a kind nature, and hopes that the Buddha will treat her better in the next life, and that he may be free from illness and disaster, and be happy and complete, without any regrets in this life.
