KO One 3: Flames of Protection

Ling Mo Yu, a guardian with a mysterious combat power of 15,000 and the Mirrorflame ability, suddenly arrives at KO One. Her mission is to investigate the undercurrents, protect a girl named Lei Ting, and look after the whole rowdy class around her.

Here, she meets the domineering King, the quietly protective Zhong Wanjun, the hot-blooded and impulsive Wang Dadong, and a group of seemingly unruly classmates who are fiercely loyal to one another.

She has no interest in the throne and wants nothing to do with complicated romantic entanglements. She only wants to be a calm observer, complete her mission, and leave.

But when conspirators aim their arrows at Lei Ting, when dark energy tries to corrupt Zhong Wanjun, and when all of KO One is plunged into crisis... she realizes she can no longer stand aside.

And so she becomes the steadfast shadow behind King, the “ultimate wingwoman” for the awkward romance between Zhong Wanjun and Lei Ting, and KO One's “trump card” in a desperate fight to turn the tables.

Her flame does not burn to conquer, but to protect.

She is not here to break them apart, but to bring them together.

When the final battle comes, she is willing to burn herself up if it means giving them a happy ending.

“Remember, my name is Ling Mo Yu.” She put away her flames and smiled gently at the people behind her. “I am KO One's Flame of Protection.”
