The stubborn knight Bill Stardust accidentally obtained a mysterious magic chessboard after a failed mission, involving three companions and a fallen mage. The five people were directly involved in a cross-continental magical crisis by the chessboard, and needed to work together in the chaos of monsters, ancient trials, and hilarious puzzles. They must not only break the prank-like magic seal, but also work together to deal with the mystery of their own life experiences and the melee in the magical world. They progressed through levels, played with treasures, and made complaints along the way, growing into new heroes through laughter and adventure. When darkness finally struck, they reversed the tide of the war in incredible and funny ways, protected the magical world that was about to collapse, and found a home for each other and themselves.
