Spring Came the Moment She Arrived

An original work inspired by Sorrowful Elegy: Ten Days After the City Fell

One female lead [Lin Pianpian] + mostly everyday life

What would happen in a parallel world if Lin Pianpian had never joined the Twenty-Four Bridges Association?

[This is a transformative work based on Sorrowful Elegy: Ten Days After the City Fell.

1. The male and female leads are Fang Zhiyou and Lin Pianpian (Lin Hui'er). Su Lianyan is the second female lead, but she won’t have a great deal of screen time. Fans of Su Lianyan, please avoid this story if that bothers you!!!

2. I guarantee Zhiyou and Pianpian will get a happy ending.

3. Some parts of the novel’s plot will be combined with the game’s story. Please avoid this if that bothers you!!!]

[In this life, I never met one who cherished beauty, and so I lived in vain as a fleeting soul in this world.

Since ancient times, beautiful women have often met with misfortune; misplaced devotion can ruin a life.

There is no homecoming from the pleasure quarters, and in a world torn by war, even the city’s fall leaves no neighbors behind.

Though youth and beauty may endure, love has nowhere to go; when Pianpian arrived, spring had already passed.

(I wrote this poem myself, adding to a draft I found online. The title of the book comes from it too.)]

Note: If you’re here for a sweet romance, you can skip straight to Chapter 21.
