Is Cancer Really That Scary?

This work uses the first-person perspective of "100 days countdown to life" to tear apart the warm disguise of urban daily life and get to the core of the proposition of life and death. The author uses delicate brushstrokes to weave the intertwined web of depression and tenacity: the foam while washing dishes is like a "fragile dream", the details of the report being swallowed by the "silent monster" in the mailbox, a metaphor for the suffocation after the diagnosis; the wife complains about the smoke of fireworks after returning late, and the doctor's dull questioning through the glass, embodying the weight of family responsibilities and illness. The forbearance of "I dare not tell my family" in the introduction resonates with the five-star rating of "It's so tear-jerking" in the book review section, which proves its heart-breaking power. The author's writing style is delicate and his conception is ingenious. He uses daily fragments to spell out the last passion of life. It is a sincere work of "living toward death" that is rare among urban themes.

It's so tear-jerking, I must recommend it, I must recommend it!!!

Deeply touching, five-star recommendation!

All the souls who struggled, loved, and suffered in the ordinary and suffering, and finally reconciled with their fate or never reconciled, are so vivid in the book. Excellent work! Keep reading!

The author's writing style is very good. The countdown to one hundred days of life is full of family affection, and the silent love touches the softest part of the heart.
