The Princess Commands: My Lord, Submit

Synopsis

Jiaoniang never dreamed of marrying into a powerful family. All she wanted was to serve as a wet nurse in the Marquis’s household, save enough money to buy her freedom, and take the child back to her hometown in Jiangnan. But her body had other ideas. Though she had never married or been pregnant, she was able to nurse infants. This unusual constitution became her greatest secret.

Until one rainy night, Ye Chen, the young marquis of the Yongding Marquis’s household, a man with immense power who kept his distance from women, cornered her in the dimly lit tea room. His burning fingertips gripped her chin as he rasped, “Just how many secrets is that body of yours hiding?”

From then on, he took her by force and kept her locked away. Every time she tried to escape, she was met with an even more humiliating “punishment.” When she was finally forced to carry his child and thought there was no way out for her, an imperial decree revealed her true identity: she was a princess who had been lost among the common people for years.

Overnight, their positions were reversed. She was the ruler; he was her subject. Jiaoniang stroked her slightly rounded belly and looked down at the man kneeling before her, a faint, chilly smile playing on her lips. “Ye Chen, how should we settle the debt you’ve owed me all these years?”

The man who had once toyed with her as if she were in the palm of his hand could only bow his head deeply. “Your Highness…”

He had used his power to cage her, but she used her status to trap him in her game.
