In the shadows of the modern city, demons and spirits stir. Ma Qingfeng, blessed with a pure-yang spiritual body, had hoped to live a quiet life, but is forced to inherit the mission of a thousand-year-old family of exorcists.
Strange nightmares devour the living, while an ancient cult plots to summon a god. Wielding the Sin-Slaying Sword, he navigates a world of a cool and distant healer, brothers who craft magical artifacts, and a mysterious crow mask.
With the fissures of the underworld on the verge of opening, he must use his pure-yang blood to carve out a path to survival for humanity on the battlefield of this neon-lit city.
