I have only two things I want out of life: first, to earn a solid amount of money; second, to return to my hometown and build two small villas right next to each other. I don’t want anything else. I just want to live next door to my parents, close enough to pop over for a hot meal when I open the courtyard gate, but with my own little world when I close the door. It’s the perfect distance, with room for both family and freedom.
To bask in the sun at my own villa, learn to farm from my parents, and raise a child as they grow up: when life slows down, that’s when you truly understand how to live.
