In a famine year, corpses litter the land. Yao Ran, a travel blogger, was filming a video about strange celestial events in the modern world with her dog, “Yao Qianshu,” when she plunged headfirst into a famine-stricken village in the Great Jing Dynasty. As she lay dying, a pair of skinny little hands dragged her into a broken-down shack. The filthy child offered her the only thing they had, a thin porridge made from wild greens, and said timidly, “Don't be afraid, Mama! I found you, so you're my mama now. I'll be a good child. Even if you die, don't worry about having nobody to bury you!” She looked at the child's emaciated frame. “Really, you don't have to, little paragon of filial piety!” With a child in one hand and a dog to train with the other, this modern-day office worker ventures into ancient times with her pet. Luckily, she has a pocket dimension, so even in a famine, she somehow turns life into a bed of roses!
I'm still reading, so I don't know what the whole book is like, but in the first few chapters I was moved to tears by the situation and actions of this child. It is still well written. The heroine is so caring and spends a lot of money. Because her parents have space to deliver goods to her, it is easy to come by. The heroine even took the initiative to pay more to buy the mountain even after the county magistrate yelled. I didn't feel comfortable watching this part. The county magistrate later became her husband-in-law. I don't care about these details.
It's very funny. I can't help but laugh when I listen to the book. It's a fantastic book. Don't take it too seriously. It's still very interesting.
The content is good-looking and the time travel brings space. I give it a five-star rating and it is worth recommending.

It looks good and you can get into it! I read dozens of books and gave up halfway, but this one is the only one I read from beginning to end. I really recommend it! The content is unconventional and the heroine is quite interesting.
