When plague spreads and panic grips the people, he meets the mysterious healer Lin Yueyao. Together they combine Chinese and Western medicine, saving countless lives and winning not only the people's hearts, but also a love that blossoms amid the chaos.
He builds irrigation works, establishes schools, and smelts fine steel. Using technology to overwhelm the age, he transforms barren hills into a secluded paradise, gathers refugees, and brings order to the land.
He starts from an insignificant mountain stronghold, growing crops, stockpiling grain, and training soldiers as he quietly builds his strength.
Then one day, the warlords finally turn their attention to this power named after "Shennong." They discover that this faction, which never fought over territory and focused only on farming, has quietly become a colossus capable of deciding who will rule the land.
